How to Use
One sachet daily.
Empty into 200–300ml of any liquid; water, coffee, tea, smoothie, juice, porridge, or yoghurt. Allow 5–10 seconds for optimal wettability, then stir until dissolved.
Why the 5–10 second pause?

Your body absorbs vitamin C through specialised transport proteins called SVCT1 transporters. At around 200–300 mg, these transporters begin to approach saturation, and absorption efficiency starts to decline.
