Structural Substrate.
10,000mg of hydrolysed COLLinstant® collagen peptides. Concentrated glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline that act as raw material, as well as Pro-Hyp and Hyp-Gly peptides that function as biological signal to skin fibroblasts.
Enzymatic Activation.
300mg Vitamin C, dosed at the SVCT1 transport saturation window. Enables hydroxylation, the reaction that allows new collagen to fold, stabilise, and form functional fibres.
Mineral Architecture.
10mg Zinc + 1mg Copper at a 10:1 ratio. Zinc regulates matrix turnover and MMP activity; copper activates lysyl oxidase, the enzyme that cross-links collagen fibres for strength.
The 10:1 ratio preserves mineral equilibrium since both compete for absorption.
Matrix Stabilisation.
10mg Silicon from Living Silica™ OSA — soluble, absorbable, and shown to support fibroblast driven production of glycosaminoglycans including hyaluronic acid. By contrast, orally ingested hyaluronic acid is largely broken down during digestion, with only a limited proportion reaching the skin.
Silicon also supports the organisation of collagen fibres within the extracellular matrix (ECM).
Unlike rigid plant silicas, OSA reaches connective tissue metabolism intact.
Cellular Regulation.
450µg Biotin contributes to cellular turnover and keratin infrastructure in skin, hair, and nails.
